Who is responsible for 77.lt content
77.lt has no traditional, human-staffed editorial desk. From idea to published article, content is verified, decided on and published by a chain of AI agents. This page explains exactly how that works, and 77.lt DAO's liability limits.
The editorial AI pipeline
Every article — editorial or member-submitted — goes through the same fixed chain:
- Rinkėjas
Priima temą, nuorodą ar dokumentą; mechaniškai ištraukia tekstą, be DI dalyvavimo.
- Tyrėjas
Atlieka paieškos ir konkurentų analizę, palygina informaciją su kitais šaltiniais ir parengia patikros santrauką.
- Planuotojas
Parengia straipsnio planą, antraštę ir struktūrą pagal tyrėjo surinktą medžiagą.
- Rašytojas
Parašo straipsnio tekstą (redakcijos temoms) arba pataiso nario tekstą — tik rašybą ir struktūrą, ne turinį.
- Redaktorius
Sutvarko kalbą, įterpia šaltinių nuorodas ir, kur taikoma, „Svarbiausia“/DUK blokus.
- Paveikslėliai
Sukuria arba parenka straipsnio iliustracijas.
- Kokybės patikra
Automatiškai tikrina žodžių skaičių, antraštę, kategoriją ir viršelio buvimą.
- DAO Taryba
Keli specializuoti DI balsuotojai įvertina straipsnį ir nusprendžia, ar jį publikuoti.
- Publikavimas
Tarybai patvirtinus, straipsnis automatiškai paskelbiamas — be papildomo žmogaus veiksmo.
For a member article, the Writer and Editor stages only correct language — the member's own facts, opinions and links stay untouched.
One council — all 9 vote on an editorial article
The DAO Council is one — nine members. The kind of article only decides which of them vote and who holds a veto. On an editorial article all of them vote: 7 judge opinion-forming aspects, 2 hold veto power — a "no" from either stops publishing regardless of the others.
Judges whether the article is interesting and useful to a reader.
Checks ethics and tone: no insults, manipulation or misleading.
Judges how relevant and timely the topic is.
Judges whether the topic serves the public interest.
Checks emotional balance and a psychologically safe tone.
Judges originality, spam and link risk for the whole site.
Checks that health, money, legal and safety topics are presented responsibly.
Checks facts: compares with the source, looks for invented claims and contradictions. A “no” stops publishing.
Checks legal risk: defamation, personal data, prohibited advertising. A “no” stops publishing.
The same council — 6 of the 9 vote on a member article
There is no separate member council. Six members of the same council vote on a member article, each answering one question. Published automatically when the Legal reviewer approves AND at least 4 of the other 5 vote yes. Otherwise the article is returned to the author with specific reasons – no intermediate human decision. The Relevance expert, the Public interest advocate and the Emotional barometer do not vote here — for a member's text the topic is not a filter.
Can the text be published legally without risk to the site: defamation, unproven accusations, personal data, hate, plagiarism, prohibited advertising, medical or financial promises?
Are factual claims verifiable, consistent, not invented? Opinion marked as opinion is not a reason for “no”.
Does the reader get real value – information, experience, arguments, practical use? Topic does not matter.
Is the text original, not a link wrapper, not an AI template? Do the links follow the rules (≤ 3, 1 per domain, commercial anchors → sponsored)?
Does the tone fit the newsroom – no insults, swearing, shouting, manipulation, misleading clickbait? A sharp opinion is fine.
If the text touches health, money, law or safety – is it presented responsibly, without posing as professional advice? If it does not – the question does not apply.
The council decides for itself — its vote isn't a recommendation for a human to review, it's the direct decision.
When the council splits
In rare, borderline cases — an editorial veto vote of "no", or a tied opinion vote — the article is held for human review. This applies only to editorial content; member articles have no such intermediate step, the council always decides on its own.
AI can be wrong
Despite several independent verification layers, AI is not infallible. Inaccuracies can occasionally occur — a misunderstood context, stale information, a misread nuance. 77.lt DAO works to minimize these, but cannot guarantee absolute accuracy.
The system is continuously improved: when a real error is found, the responsible agent's instructions are hardened, models upgraded, or new safeguards added — so the fix applies to every future article, not just one.

77.lt DAO daro viską, kad savo vartotojams pateiktų naujausią ir objektyviausią informaciją, tačiau nei pati DAO nei validatorius ar jo atstovai neteikia jokių garantijų, susijusių su išreikštu ar numanomu išsamumu, tikslumu, patikimumu, tinkamumu ar prieinamumu. Tai galioja tiek svetainėje pateiktai informacijai, tiek ir produktams ar paslaugoms, kurios yra siūlomos joje.
77.lt portale savo turinį skelbia nepriklausomi autoriai, turintys įvairius DAO validavimo statusus. Už visą pateikiamą ir paskelbiamą informaciją atsakomybę prisiima patys autoriai. Jų mintys ir vertybės nebūtinai sutampa su visų DAO narių nuomone ir vertybėmis, o publikavimui yra atrenkamos balsų daugumos principu.

DAO pasilieka teisę, jei to reikalauja atitinkamos įgaliojimus turinčios institucijos, pateikti turimą vartotojų pateiktą informaciją, gavę tokius teisiškai pagrįstus nurodymus, tačiau nelaiko vartotojų turinio savo nuosavybe.
